Guest reviews

I spent 2 nights at the hotel. Polite staff, a comfortable bed, the Wi-Fi works excellently, and it is within walking distance of the metro. I liked everything.

My daughter and I spent 2 nights at this hotel. Very pleased. All the places we needed to get to were within walking distance. The metro is a few minutes away. Just around the corner is the "Na Parakh" café, open around the clock, with reasonable prices. We arrived at the hotel late in the evening, and they were expecting us. The staff are attentive and very friendly. A water cooler, a fridge and a microwave in the kitchen, internet access for the child and hot water in a clean room – what more do you need? A quiet, homely atmosphere. They warned us straight away that the toilet is noisy (a pump system), but that is no problem at all. I highly recommend it.

We stayed at Rinaldi twice, in July and October 2014 (on 6th Krasnoarmeyskaya Street and on the Petrogradskaya Side). Both times we were pleasantly struck by the friendly attitude of the staff. The receptionists at both hotels helped with any question and created a welcoming atmosphere. Both hotels are very conveniently located, close to the metro. The room has everything you need. Having a fully equipped kitchen makes things comfortable if you need to eat at any time of the day or night.
Thank you to all the staff at the hotels for their good work. We are planning to come back to you in 2015.

I stayed there in October 2012. I was very pleased. A few minutes from the metro. Polite staff. Clean, warm, quite cosy and quiet. The breakfast is simple, of course, but edible and quite filling, and that suited me :) The Wi-Fi is free and fast. My impressions are entirely positive. The only remark concerns advance booking – for some reason the online option didn't work, even though I received a notification that the booking had been accepted, so a day later I had to phone. Perhaps I was just unlucky. But it didn't spoil the experience one bit :)
