This mini-hotel is located in the historical apartment complex of the philanthropist A. A. Antonova, built in 1913 by the architect V. V. Shauba. Up until the 1994, the ground floor of the building housed a popular cinema called “Lux”, which was renamed “Light” after the Second World War.
